AM Profiles specialise in the design and manufacture of
composite windows and is proud to be the UK’s leading
producer of this hi-tech product featuring a perfect union
of timber and aluminium.
Design-5 is our new highly competitive composite window
system featuring market leading test performance. Currently
around 95% of composite windows are imported but all our
Design-5 products are designed and manufactured here at AM
Profiles near Chesterfield in the East Midlands of England.

AM Profiles’ factory extends to 54,000 sq. ft, on a site of
2 acres just 1¼ miles from junction 29 of the M1. AM
Profiles has made significant investments in automated
plant and equipment to support the focus on lean
manufacturing and competitive pricing.
All systems are designed and manufactured in the UK for the
UK market so further reducing the 'carbon footprint' whilst
ensuring compliance with UK standards and specifications.
The company has been very successful in developing,
introducing and expanding the supply of new composite
products into the market in response to demand. As a
continuation of this strategy AM Profiles has developed
Design-5, a range of aluminium clad timber windows and
doors.
