Major Investment by AM Profiles

AM Profiles have invested a significant sum on a much larger and more rapid window line machine. The new line produces the timber element of AM Profiles’ Design-5 timber aluminium clad window, hinged door and folding sliding door.

The Window Line was purchased to give AM Profiles an even greater competitive edge as the equipment is about 8 times faster than the kit it replaces - yet it only needs the same number of operatives. So at last a quality UK designed and manufactured composite window featuring tradition timber jointing methods at market beating prices.

The window line is currently being installed at AM Profiles 54,000 sq ft factory near Chesterfield in the heart of the East Midlands of England and will be fully commissioned by the end of July 2009.
